What can you do with 100 hours? Workout. That’s exactly what you can do. You might already have a kettlebell at home, access to some at your gym, or you may be interested in buying simply ONE piece of equipment that you can use for total body strength, cardio, and flexibility training. What could be better, right? I am and always have been a firm believer that the kettlebell is the most effective piece of equipment that will transform your body, help you lose weight, gain muscle, develop strength, build stability, and increase flexibility. I believe every home should have at least one. And I simply want to help. I’ve taught kettlebell classes for years now and I’ve kept every last workout that I ever created. When my class members and clients kept asking me for copies of the workouts, I thought to myself, why not put them all together? Why not offer these to everyone? So that’s what I’m here to give you. Years worth of plans, designs, and programs.
The book is divided into several sections. It starts with beginners, goes through intermediates, and floats right into advanced training routines. Workouts are designed to take any where from 15 minutes to an hour and proper warm up and cool down stretches are provided. Some workouts are time-based, some repetition, and some for maximal effort. Technique is discussed for all movement, and good form and safety is heavily stressed.
