Simple Mediterranean Recipes: Low Carb, High Protein, Good Fats
When my mom was diagnosed with some specific health issues that targeted her liver and colon, her doctors told her that she needed to eat a more Mediterranean diet. She searched for cookbooks, but said that everything she found seemed long, complicated...even asking her to use specific clay pots for cooking!
I told her that I could create some recipes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, but wouldn't be so complex! These recipes are Mediterranean, Greek, and Moroccan influenced, contain only the most nutritious carbs and fats, and proteins - perfect for overall health improvement, fat loss, digestion, and cleaning up the gut health too!
