Designed in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) format, you'll get 60 workouts that can be done anywhere - home, hotel, or gym! Although many of the workouts call for two pieces of equipment- a kettlebell and a medicine ball - these workouts are very easily modified so that you can you can use dumbbells, bands, or just your own bodyweight! 

Sample Workouts:
Workout:
8 Rounds for time
15 Squats
10 Sit-ups
5 Push-ups
1 Burpee

Workout:
In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as you can of:
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Wall balls
10 Sit-ups
100 Meter Sprint

Workout:
10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1 Kettlebell Swings
1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10 Wall Balls
*Perform 10 swings + 1 wall ball. Then 9 swings and 2 wall balls, etc. down to 1 swing and 10 wall balls. 

You'll find that these workouts average about 20 minutes of time and are perfect for travel or being stuck at home! You can use any equipment you already have and even combine workouts together if you want to workout for a longer period of time. Your options are endless!
